Tailoring your team has never been so easy.
1. Log in to TeamBuilder
2. Click on Test Results to list all the people you have profiled.
3. Tailor you team with Profile Filters on the left hand side.
4. If you are looking for accurate candidates in your team, just TICK accuracy box. A filtered list of your employees or candidates who exhibit ‘accuracy’ will appear on the right hand side.
5. The search box also allows you to search by name, job, city, country or an email address.
As you can see, all candidates with the name Jones appear in the filtered list.
