What types of payment do you accept?

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we will issue refunds if you are not happy for any reason within 60 days of purchase.

Which web browsers do you support?
We officially support the current major release and 1 past major release of the following browsers.. Internet Explorer, Firefox (PC & Mac), Safari (PC & Mac), Chrome (PC & Mac). For example, The current release of Internet Explorer is version 9. That means we will officially support version 9 and version 8. Internet Explorer 7 is no longer officially supported although the tests still work in it.

Does the DISC test work on mobiles?
Yes. The DISC test for respondents works perfectly on mobiles and tablets. The TeamBuilder DISC administration interface *works* on mobiles but works *best* on tablets or PCs.

Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes, we do have an affiliate program. It’s pretty lucrative too. You can find more details on the program on the affiliate program page.

Do I own the data?
Yes, of course. You can export your data at any time you like. If your license has expired, there will be a small fee for exporting the data to cover our support costs.

Can I import data from my old DISC system?
Yes, provided you can get the data into any kind of format that represents the DISC graphs, we can import the data for you for a small additional fee. Please call for details.

Can I purchase a single user license & upgrade later?
Yes. You can buy a single user license and if you love Improved Employees DISC profiling (we know you will..), then you’re welcome to upgrade to a Business or Agency license.

Are the licenses good for a lifetime?
No, each license is good for one calendar year from the date of your purchase. You can renew your license for another year at a substantially discounted rate.

What do I get with my license?
Your license grants you access to all of our support resources, documentation, full TeamBuilder admin access, unlimited tests and unlimited reports for one calendar year from your purchase date. Agency license holders will also have access to priority support resources and our full API.

How much does it cost to renew my license?
You can quickly and easily renew your license at a discounted price within 60 days of your expiration date. License renewals are 25% off the standard price.

What do I get for renewing my license?
Renewing your license provides the continued ability to profile new candidates and an additional year of support and software updates. This provides peace of mind knowing you can turn to us for DISC profiling related support and assistance.

Will I lose my data if my license expires?
No. If your license expires, your data will remain intact and you will still be able to log in to view your existing reports, DISC profiles and all data. You just won’t have the ability to profile any new candidates, any new employees or receive support or upgrades.
