About Improved Employees

Improved Employees is a website built to sell and operate the TeamBuilder software.

The original ‘TeamBuilder v1’ was created back in 1999 as a desktop client to help HR improve their recruitment and team-building processes.

Since then it has grown to become a complete talent development and discovery solution, including advanced coaching packs, interview packs, team modelling and soft skill filters to help managers build better project-teams from existing employees, as well as continuing to help improve the recruitment process.

It’s perfect for coaches too, helping them advance the careers of others and helping them find and obtain the perfect career for their clients.

With the launch of TeamBuilder 4, it’s now perfect for recruitment agencts too – helping them improve the chances of their candidate being the one that gets placed.
